Dear Mrs. Callahan, I see that we have a new landscaping company they were working real hard today and there was a lot of guys all over Cypress Point and they look like they are doing a great job but, I wouldn't think any different cause I see and I know all the work it takes to run Cypress Point by You and Richard and the dedicated board members especially in the economic times that we are going through. I would also like to thank who ever came up with the temporary signs that where placed around Cypress Point, I hope the right people got the message, cause I love living here and it would be a shame if anyone of the buildings would burn down due to a careless idiot. So, keep up the good work and once again thanks for all you all do. I bet there is a lot more that gets done behind the scenes that people have no concept or idea of what it takes to do what you all do each and everyday. From a Renter @ Cypress Point
